• What does LibraryMall offer?
  LibraryMall is an online service that enables you to fulfil all your entertainment needs at one place. Our huge collection of books, DVDs and magazines are yours to take on a rental basis. Our collection, specific to the taste of Indian audience, will make sure you have a good time whatever is the occasion. Our user friendly interface will help you find the kind of product you are looking within seconds and a quick registration process that follows will make sure your favourite book or dvd will practically land in your lap within no time.
• What happens after I register?
  Our executive will get in touch with you within 24 hours to brief you on your account details and the availability of the selection made by you. After you confirm your subscription, we will deliver your selection at your doorstep within 24 hours.
• Do I have to pay for every book I rent?
  Absolutely not! Since customer satisfaction is most important to us, we don’t charge you on the basis of the number of books you have rented. Instead, all you have to do is to pay a small subscription fee every month so that you can rent as many books as you want.
• What do I do after I finish reading my books?
  That’s easy again. You simply visit librarymall.com and order your next set of books. LibraryMall will get in touch with you immediately to schedule a pick up cum delivery. If you do not wish to order for more books at that time, you can simply schedule a pick up so that our executive can come pick them up for you.
• How many books can I rent at a time?
  You can rent up to two books at a time and keep them as long as you want! As soon as you have finished reading the books, you can rent another set of books immediately, regardless of the time frame. In effect you can rent several books by paying the subscription for a single month!
• What if rent a book and keep it longer than my subscription period?
  In this case, your subscription will automatically be extended for another month and our executive will visit you to collect the monthly charges. You may return the books at this point if you do not wish to extend the subscription or have finished reading the books.
• What kinds of subscription plans are available?
  You can subscribe on a monthly basis or for a three month period. You can also opt for our annual subscription plan to avail a hefty discount.
• What if I do not order any books for a month?
  You do not pay! Library mall does not charge you for the months that you did not rent any books. Your rental records are evaluated on a monthly basis. So even if you bought yourself a three month subscription plan, but did not rent any books for an entire month, your subscription period will be extended for another month automatically! However, you wouldn’t be entailed to any discount if you haven’t rented books for a part of the month.
  Also note that as long as you are in possession of at least one book from LibraryMall, you will be obligated to pay the subscription fee.
• What kinds of payment methods are available?
  You can choose to pay by cash, which will be collected by our executive right at your doorstep. You can also pay by credit or debit cards, online or mobile banking facilities or even cash cards.
• What if a book is lost or damaged when in my possession?
  You will have to compensate the market price of the book if this is the case. Please read our Terms and Conditions for more information regarding this.
• What should I do if I did not find the book I wanted?
  As much as we would like to provide you with every book of your choice, we do have our limitations in acquiring and maintaining a larger collection than our own. So do not worry if you did not find the book you wanted. Simply place a request with us specifying the name and the author of the book and we will procure it for you in no time. You will be the first to be informed about the arrival of the book and will hold priority in renting it first as well.
